Copper

Beagle - Hound - Adult - Male
Adoptable Medium Spayed/NeuteredUp-to-date with routine shotshousetrained

Copper is approximately a 2 years old Beagle hound that weighs 25 pounds. Copper came to the shelter with a shot gun injury to his leg. We immediately committed to rescue him and take him to our veterinarian in KY where the shelter was located. Due to his injuries it was determined that his leg needed to be amputated.

Copper is a very sweet boy that loves everyone. Big and small, old and young. He is house trained, crate trained, and fully vetted. He is not handicapped with being a three legged boy as he has mastered stairs and running and playing with the foster dogs in his home. Copper rarely barks unless playing of course and loves to cuddle with everyone including the children that come to visit him. If you are looking for a fun loving, lower energy, sweetest boy around kinda family member, then you have found your boy!
